Heavy Duty Aluminium Sills for Land Rover Defender 90 – by Mantec – One Piece Design with Stainless Steel Fixings (Image Shows Pair on 110)

Mantec have just released these one piece Aluminium Sill Panels for the Land Rover Defender 90.
These are totally different to the standard extremely thin standard sills that come in two pieces with 3mm thick aluminium used and featuring the Mantec logo laser cut out of the rear.
Unlike the original the mounting plates/cleats have been bonded to the back of the sill using structural adhesive with the advantage being there are zero sink marks on face of sill panel – these sink marks are visible on all standard Defender. Make your Land Rover something different!
This comes as a pair of sills that have been CNC pressed, laser cut, welded and dressed off ready to apply paint and fit. Please see images of ours which have been painted in satin black and are fitted to our Project 110 vehicle.

8 x M6 A4-80 x 25mm Hex Head Bolts
4 x M6 A4-80 x 30mm Hex Head Bolts
4 x M6 A4-70 x 25mm Domed Head Cup Sq Bolts
28 x M6 A4 Flat Washers
16 x M6 A4-80 Flanged Serrated Nuts
Please note – A4-80 is the equivalent of Mild Steel 8.8 high tensile bolts
