Nakatanenga Swingaway Spare Wheel Carrier for Land Rover Discovery 3 & Discovery 4

Following on from the highly stainless steel single pivot wheel carrier for Defenders, Nakatanenga have introduced a Discovery swingaway wheel carrier which been designed and made exclusively out of stainless steel for Nakatanenga in Germany for Discovery 3 or Discovery 4. If you want to remove the spare wheel from its original location and have it rear mounted as in more traditional 4×4 design, then fixing the Nakatanenga Discovery Swingaway Wheel carrier is the answer. Fitting a Discovery Swingaway Wheel Carrier removes the wheel from the underneath of the vehicle where it is susceptible to water, dirt and stones and allows you, should you wish to fit an extra fuel tank underneath.
Simply release the handle and swing the wheel carrier away then open your tailgate as normal. The fully stainless steel wheel carrier is compatible with all Discovery 3 and 4 towbars and is designed to cope with tyres up to 33″ in diameter.
